Originally from West Virginia and raised in Houston, with a few formative years spent in Austin, my path to the Seattle area was driven by a deep appreciation for the landscape, the people, and the region’s dynamic food culture.
A diverse professional background in hospitality shaped my belief in people-first leadership and thoughtful,
detail-driven service.
Having fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest’s ingredients and seasonal rhythms, I thrive on collaboration and feedback to keep the work evolving.
Let's keep the conversation going!

Hailing from a small mountain town in
British Columbia, Owenuma is both an
artist and a bartender, blending creativity
into every cocktail he creates. Surrounded
by the arts from a young age, he’s found a
natural home behind the bar, where
flavor, form, and expression all meet.
Outside of mixology, he practices calligraphy and hand lettering, always refining his craft.
Whether with ink or spirts, Owenuma is
always working on something original.
