Chef Lauren brings creativity, warmth,

Hailing from a small mountain town in

British Columbia, Owenuma is both an

artist and a bartender, blending creativity

into every cocktail he creates. Surrounded

by the arts from a young age, he’s found a

natural home behind the bar, where

flavor, form, and expression all meet.

Outside of mixology, he practices calligraphy and hand lettering, always refining his craft.​

Whether with ink or spirts, Owenuma is 

always working on something original.

    He thrives in scratch kitchens that prioritize creativity, seasonal change, and the constant pursuit of excellence. 

    A quiet force on the line, Juan leads by example -  driven by precision, passion, and a love for creating something meaningful, plate by plate.

      With roots in Rioja and a vision for innovation, he became the first international vintner to establish a winery in Washington State.
